The Hunt

The thrill of the hunt. It's what attracts people to sales. It's what keeps former sales professionals coming back. There's something animalistic in those that live for the hunt. It conjures up notions of providing for a family or tribe. Notions of raw, primal urges to seek and destroy. Harsh I know, but you get where I'm going. Some have it, others don't. Some wear the loin cloth and hold the spear. Others keep the fire lit in camp. Nothing wrong with either, in fact, both serve vital purposes in their own respect. 

Thank goodness then for the profession this blog is about. It scratches a deep itch for those of us who know exactly what I'm writing about. Now go out and bring home some dinner baby!
